AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Host Promotions Inc., doing business as Host ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Canada at 128 Paperbirch Crescent, London, ON N6G 1L7, Canada.

We operate the mobile application Host: Experience More For Less (the "App"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Host Promotions Inc. regarding your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents posted on the Services from time to time are hereby incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each change. It is your responsibility to review these Legal Terms periodically for updates. By continuing to use the Services after changes are posted, you accept the revised Legal Terms.

The Services are intended for users at least 13 years of age. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction (under 18 years old), you must have permission from and be directly supervised by a parent or guardian. Your parent or guardian must agree to these Legal Terms before you use the Services.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights terminates your right to use our Services immediately.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you confirm that:

Your registration information is accurate and updated.
You have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
You will not access the Services through automated means (bots, scripts).
You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

If you provide false information, we may suspend or terminate your account.

4. USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register to use the Services. You must keep your password confidential and are responsible for all use of your account.

We reserve the right to remove or change a username if deemed inappropriate.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment:

You agree to provide accurate payment information and update it as necessary. All payments are in Canadian dollars.

We may refuse any order, limit quantities, or cancel transactions at our discretion.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. Your account will be charged after the trial ends unless canceled.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. REFUND POLICY

Money-Back Guarantee

We are committed to helping our customers save money through exclusive deals ranging from 25% to 90% off and Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) offers.

Our subscription plans include:

Monthly Subscription: $4.99 per month
Annual Subscription: $2.99 per month (billed annually)

If you redeem at least one deal through the Host app during a billing period and your total savings for that month are less than the cost of your subscription, you may request a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee.

Eligibility for a Refund:

You must have an active subscription (monthly or annual).
You must redeem at least one deal within the billing period.
- If you do not redeem any deals, you are not eligible for a refund.
If your total savings from all redeemed deals within the month are less than your subscription fee, you may request a refund.
- Example 1: If you are on a monthly plan ($4.99) and your total savings for the month are only $3, you are eligible for a refund.
- Example 2: If your total savings for the month are $7, you are not eligible for a refund.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days after the billing period ends.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@gethost.ca with the following details:

Your account email
A summary of all deals redeemed within the billing period
The total savings amount
The date of redemption(s)

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days upon approval.

Important Notes:

Refunds are based on total cumulative savings for the month, not on a single deal.
You must redeem at least one deal to be eligible. If you do not use the app at all during the billing period, you cannot request a refund.
Refunds do not apply if your total savings exceed the cost of your subscription.
This refund policy does not apply to users who have already received a refund in a previous billing cycle.
Abuse of the refund policy may result in account termination.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that this Money-Back Guarantee is offered as a courtesy and that refunds beyond the outlined criteria are issued at our sole discretion.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

Use automated tools to extract data from our Services
Circumvent security features
Upload harmful content (viruses, spam)
Impersonate others or mislead users
Use the Services for unlawful activities

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take legal action for violations.

9. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

Any content you post (reviews, comments, media) grants us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.
